This company had taken 2 hours of my time only to come out and do extensive testing on a water damaged unit only to tell me that they could not do an estimate. Never have I had a contractor come out and not provide some type of preliminary estimate of work so the process could get underway. I was told in advance what type of estimate would be provided and the testing they would do. Doesn't make sense but be warned,,,,it appears they want to come out and get the customer on the hook without a idea of where cost will end. I would not trust this company to do work since what they said initially they would do, they did not.
