This company had taken hours of my time only to come out and do extensive testing on a water damaged unit only to tell me that they could not do an estimateNever have I had a contractor come out and not provide some type of preliminary estimate of work so the process could get underwayI was told in advance what type of estimate would be provided and the testing they would doDoesn't make sense but be warned,,,,it appears they want to come out and get the customer on the hook without a idea of where cost will endI would not trust this company to do work since what they said initially they would do, they did not
