Jeff did a PHENOMENAL job for us! He wasn't concerned about time or hurrying to finish the job. He really knows his material and we are so happy that he was the technician that fixed our water pipes. He went WAY above and beyond.

Company is very quick to respond to customer requests. Ive used them on several occasions and have always been happy with their work. Luke A. worked on my furnace and when he learned the furnace had more extensive damage he got the parts as soon as possible to repair the unit before the heat wave hit so I could use the a.c. Good group.

Awesome.....fantastic. The process started when Jack and George were at my house 6/02/16 doing annual maintenance on my air conditioner. We spoke about my disappointment in the longevity of the very expensive air filters I purchase for my furnace. Jack took the time to show me what the inside on my furnace ducts looked like, and I was horrified to see how dirty they were. Austin and Jay came out 6/03/16 from Master Services and cleaned my ducts. Austin and Jay were very professional, capable, friendly and very easy to deal with. Master Services, you did it again. Thank you for taking so much time with me. I will not be shy about recommending you to family and friends.

I scheduled a plumbing repair appointment with this company, having taken a day off of work, and they cancelled at the last minute, causing me to waste an entire day. If you are in need of genuine services, find another company. Master Services, Inc. is unprofessional and unreliable. Please beware!

Wayne was the technician that came to perform my annual HVAC inspection. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He explained everything he would be doing clearly. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. Wayne is an all-around nice and competent man. He is an asset to Master Services.

Master Services has always provided professional, conscientious, and considerate service in our home for several years. They maintain our heating/ac and also our plumbing. Yesterday Jack S. came for our spring maintenance and we were impressed with his diligence and grateful for his helpful suggestions. We have used Masters Services for a number of years, primarily for routine annual maintenance of our furnace and a/c. We have always had a very positive experience with this company. Recently, Wayne C performed our annual furnace tune up. He arrived promptly, was professional, courteous and very thorough. He did not rush through the job.
