We live in the Oklahoma City area We had a wildlife nuisance issue and needed a chimney sweep\nest removal Masters Services was professional, courteous, and persistent in their work to remove all wildlife We would recommend them to anyone

I would not use this company The people who answer the phone are rude They came to my appointment without the appropriate equipment (and then fought me whether it was appropriate equipment) After wasting my afternoon, they offered no flexibility on rescheduling When I called the office...the management would not even speak to me I was trying give them my money for the service they committed to do No more...they sure don't deserve an A+ rating!

I did call him on my return from vacation and left 2 messages and my call was never returned . If I can not get in touch with the business how can I schedule anything . I told him I would be back the next week so seeing that he missed the appt and he knew it was defective .. A good business man would have followed up . It has now been 4 mths . Why was it of no concern ? The main problem with the tub was the sand /grit all over the tub which has nothing to do with a drip from the faucet .  We were in the process of replacing the faucets but did not want paint from the tub on them so we waited until the work was done to replace . My husband was there the entire time and nothing was mentioned about a leaky faucet or that bring an issue . As I stated before , I called him several times and was constantly put off . When he agreed to come finally, I had taken  an hour to clean out my bath , he never showed or called . I had to call him . So all the way around its bad business . Refund the 350.00 .. Who could even guarantee the work would be right ? Again ? He's too difficult to get in touch with and does not take responsibility for his errors . He was not concerned that I was dissatisfied because he would have tried to repair the damage .  It's been  almost a year

so we could make another appointment. Never heard from her until now. The tub she is having problems with is in her master bathroom and I would gladly fix the problem. She needs to get tub repaired by plumber to stop it from leaking. This is the main reason the tub did not turn out right. If she does not want to have it repaired and resurfaced again, I will gladly refund her the cost of the 1 tub. $350.00
