This company has not completed work as advertised and has not backed up their product warranty In March 2012, Master Shield applied a permanent "ceramic" coating to our homeThey agreed to seal all areas and clean upWithin a few months, we noticed rust stains on the front trim of our homeWe called them repeatedly over a period of months to get this repairedOur calls were not returned and no action was takenRecently, the product has shown cracks in several location both on the sides of the house and on window frames(we even have moss growing out of one crack)We now have to complete repairs at our own expense

We were told the paint we were having put on our house would keep bugs off our house and the paint was so good it would last for years We found this company through the [redacted] We were told the item was the best ever made and it would not fade it would keep bugs off our house that it had special chemicals to make it lastWe have more bugs than we did before we got our home painted and there is bubbling paintThe guys who did the actual painting were kind and did their job however they never did call before they cameThat wasn't their policy it was the company they painted and power washed the house which they did it's the paint and the promise of the company that we are complaining aboutwe have called and emailed many times and every time we get the response, We are backed up we will contact you as soon as we canThey never call or email with a resolution we've given them plenty of timeThe calls and emails were started in June The paint was done in Marc

Master Shield applied a ceramic coating to my home in March - April time frame after meeting with Tom K*** on 3/17/ Bubbling/blistering of coating is now occurring which needs repair On 3/19/I contacted Tom K*** who said he no longer works for Master Shield because he was not satisfied with the way the owner treated his customers MrK*** provided me with this information: "Gene P***, 407-404-8438; 606-202- Also try *** for Master Shield Ceramic Coatings of Kentucky." MrK***'s phone number is 407-558- I also called these phone numbers to no avail New number***

Failure to do the work contracted in a timely manner, refusal to return deposit/deposits
First contracted for painting house on 2/23/16, gave a deposit of $on the $contract

Master Shield Product was to eliminate frequent painting,(yrs is fading, mildewing and pealing)
House painting 4/4/ Noticed that the color is fading and there is mildew forming in areas along with some pealing These are all things that were not suppose to happen according to brochures This expensive product was to eliminate frequent painting and has not even held up as well as previous paint jobs we have had for 90% less cost and never had mildew on any other paint surface of this house, or pealing paint I called the number on my brochure 407-404-and had a call back who advised me to text my house info to that number I immediately did this on July 13, Since then I have called the number again numerous times and left messages for a call back which included address to set a time for someone to evaluate the situation and sent additional texts on July and with the same request No one has ever called back or texted back with a time to look at the house to

Owner came to our residence and wrote a contract to do our job requested a deposit which we gave him a check for on 1/30/the check was cashed and we were told on 2/6/the job was to small for them to do and would return our depositSeveral attempts talking to Gene Pierson (owner) he assured us he sent the check did not know what happened to it stopped payment on that check sent another didn't know what happened to that one had to stop payment on that one alsoSo I suggested he send it Certified mail so I would sign for it and he would get notification we received it he agreed said he sent it out we have not received it and we no longer can get in touch with him or his office and leaving several messages at both numbers they will not get back to us
