Out of all the houses you can rent in the area from several different people and/or companies, it is NOT worth renting from this companyFrom the very beginning they have been hard to deal withThey will take forever to send someone out to look at a problem and then that person doesn't even fix itAfter maybe a few trips they may finally get it fixedThey're always canceling appointments with you last minute and are very rudeWhen we checked out, they tried to charge us for the smoke detectors being out of date (although they were in the lease as being part of the house), fading out the outside of the front and back door from the sun (yes, the invoice actually said sun fading), and will refuse to show details on chargesWe have rented from a few different companies in the past and Swint is just unbelievable! I can't go on long enough about the problems we have had with them whenever we have had no problems with other companies in the pastStay away!

I moved from TX to CO and spoke to every property manager in this townSwint has been the only one that has been truly helpful towards me and soooo kind! I am not someone that reviews businesses often but the way that the employees treated me at Swint has been so outstanding there are no wordsIt's very difficult to move to other states, the last thing you want to deal with is people being nasty to you during the stressful processThere were many places that were just nasty and meanSwint stands out above the crowd with their kindnessI would recommend calling them first!
