Master Stamp Concrete Construction

I am writing in regard to a complaint that we filed, submitted by my wife [redacted], against [redacted] and Master Stamp Concrete Construction - complaint# [redacted].
On October 26th, we sent [redacted] a certified letter outlining our concerns about job incompletion, time...

elapsed, and a perceived lack of communication. We asked that he give us a firm schedule by October 30th and complete the job by November 6th. He called us on the 28th and on the 30th he told us the pour was schedule for the following week. We assumed that this activity was in response to our letter, forgetting that we had not yet received any confirmation of delivery from the USPS.
Those scheduled dates fell through without prior notice as well as subsequent dates. By the 16th, we felt that our letter had not provided enough impetus and moved on to the next step. As outlined in our letter to [redacted], our intent was to engage the UW Mediation Clinic but they are not currently taking any cases. We then decided that we should file a complaint with the Revdex.com instead, doing so on November 16th.
However, on November 24th, our certified letter was returned to us undelivered. We then realized that [redacted] was not fully aware of our concerns and had been working with us without knowledge of further possible actions on our part. We regretted filing our complaint with the Revdex.com, essentially blindsiding [redacted]. This was not our intent.
Given the difficulty he has had in getting ready-mix material delivered (verified by Cal-Portland dispatch) as well as personal health and family issues, we ask that our complaint be withdrawn or some equivalent action be taken to clear it from Master Stamp's record.
[redacted] is currently trying hard to take care of our job within the week. Removing this complaint would allow him to devote his full attention to our driveway.
