I spoke to the customer and the homeowner and would like to report back that the job is completed to the satisfaction of all parties Much like the first job we completed for this repeat business customer, a very high percentage of our jobs are completed on schedule without any significant delays There were several issues that we encountered when trying to complete the stump grinding that were unfortunately beyond our control Weather, new equipment problems and other factors etcOur crew did stop out previously on the day listed at 5:15pm and the homeowner did send us away, otherwise we would have completed the job much soonerWe appreciate the patience of our customer and realize the delays were longer than we expected The machine came out of the shop and immediately we headed there to finish the stump grinding We did not leave the work site until everything was completed to the satisfaction of the home owner and customer We also went above and beyond our agreement to account for any delaysThank you,***

*** was really helpful great communicator and really efficient quick and reponsible on time knew his stuff very clean chimney

Has cleaned my chimney a couple of time over the last years and has done a very good jobThe last time he cleaned my chimney I asked him about a leak on my flat roof of my garageHe said that he is very familiar with flat roofs and that he would fix it for me for $Bottom lineroof continued to leak after year and Paul W*** would not return my callVery disappointed in him!!!Really thought that he was a better person than thatNeedless to say, I will be looking for a new chimney sweep!!!!

Ms. [redacted] did complain that the small crabapple tree damaged her sidewalk, however the crack was there before our crew arrived at the site. In fact, Ms. [redacted] contracted our company to remove the perfectly healthy two crabapple trees because its roots were cracking her sidewalk in multiple...

places.   The crack in the sidewalk even had old, settled dirt inside - it was obvious the crack had been there for a long time. I took pictures of crack and it is attached as proof. I also have pictures of other cracks. Ms. [redacted] refused to pay her bill and it seemed fairly obvious that she was attempting to get free sidewalk work from our company. We requested that she have a few concrete companies look at the sidewalk, and she only had the company who put the sidewalk in to come out to look at it - the very company who doesn't want to do any warranty work.  Ms. [redacted] never offered to pay only half of her bill as she claims in the complaint - she only refused to pay. This was when I told her that the only option I had was to send her account to collections. This was as "threatening" as the conversation got. She then proceeded to cuss me out and hang up on me. I was very surprised to get her payment in the mail in the next couple of days.Since Ms. [redacted] has offered no resolution to her conflict, then there is nothing further our company can do and this should be considered a malicious, nonvalid complaint. I respectfully request, therefore, that the complaint be dismissed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Once again this individual makes non factual statements.  The two crabapple trees had been sick and mostly dead ( non blooming, few leaves, dead branches)  for several years.  They were over 40 yrs old.  I never hired them to cut them due to sidewalk issues.  That conversation NEVER happened.  I needed the 2 trees cut because they looked dead and I wanted to plant new ones.  I also have pictures documenting the crack the day that it happened.  His pictures were taken after the lawn had been mowed and we had heave rains, which I also documented in an email I sent to them.  I also have evidence of the email I sent to him offering to go half way in the repair of the sidewalk.  He now denies it.  If you need such evidence I will be happy to submit.The accusations this man is making of 'my intentions" are insulting and unacceptable.  This is exactly the situation and the conversation we had over multiple emails and phone calls since April of 2017. They were personal attacks on my integrity.   I decided to pay them, as I said to get them out of my life.  It is clear they are unethical and abusive. This complaint MUST be retained in their record.  I seek no financial repayment.  I seek others to be aware of the behavior of this terrible company.  .

Has cleaned my chimney a couple of time over the last 10 years and has done a very good job. The last time he cleaned my chimney I asked him about a leak on my flat roof of my garage. He said that he is very familiar with flat roofs and that he would fix it for me for $500.00. Bottom line... roof continued to leak after 1 year and Paul W[redacted] would not return my call. Very disappointed in him!!!. Really thought that he was a better person than that. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new chimney sweep!!!!
