already heavy stains and my wife checked off the notation that there was no guarantee that we would be able to get it out because they also requested rushed service. (When it is not rushed, we can try multiple times to get rid of stubborn stains.)The clothing was picked up 2 days later,  October 8th.On our receipts, our policy clearly states that if there is something wrong with your clothing after picking them up, you can bring them back within 48 hours with your ticket, and we will try re-cleaning at no charge or give a refund if applicable. However, this customer contacted us after 3 weeks (10/29) of picking up the clothing. Nevertheless, when we spoke on the phone, I told them to bring back the garments and ticket so we could assess the situation. The customer demanded I refund them without me even seeing the clothing. I called and spoke to the customer a 2nd time after I received the complaint through Revdex.com and told them that I would try to help them if they brought in the clothing.
