I had my car towed into New Motors for a transmission complaint on 3/17/It should have been covered under my warranty After several discussions with the service manager and being told by the service deptthat the repair should be covered ,it was not and later I received my car backThey said it was a shifter cable repair and though a necessary part of my transmission chose not to cover the repairThe day after I picked my car up I was driving home on the highway when my car jumped out of drive and shifted into an entirely different gear and sent my car into a halt that almost killed myself and my six year old daughterI called service immediately and they didnot return my calls days later I reached Kevin Y*** who was my original salesmanI returned my car to the shop and was loaned a car to driveTwo weeks go by..still no carThen after calling several times and being told my car would be completed I receive a call about the status of my carWhile in possesio

My vehicle had transmission problems.New Motors had it towed and said if the problem with the transmission was covered under warranty I would not have to pay for the tow or anything else besides the $deductible turns out it was covered under warrantyNow to get my vehicle back they want me to pay $to get my van back

Company rep told us medicare/medicaid would pay for wheelchair in now the billing said I am responsible regardless of what was told to me
On 3/20/15, I was in *** *** in Panama City, Fl., for rehab A representative of Gulf Medical came in, talked to my partner and myself about getting a wheelchair He said there would be absolutely NO COST to me as Medicare/Medicaid would cover He was told I have only Medicare Part A (no part B) and a share of cost of a little over $per month He told us not to worry as we would have no out of pocket expense We questioned him more about the costs and were told to rest assured we would have no out of pocket costs I got the wheelchair and have not heard from the company until 7-13-when I received an invoice for months rental ($423.01) from 7-to 1- I called the billing department and spoke to *** on 7-14- I explained the situation to her and basically she said it was my responsibility to pay the billI repe

Wrong Cpap mask was sent that I did not orderThey will not send the correct Cpap mask that I ordered
Gulf Medical Services won't correct their mistakeI had asked Gulf Medical Services for a full-face Cpap mask instead of a nasal mask(I snore.) However, they sent me the WRONG Cpap mask after they had asked the doctor for the WRONG physician's orderBlue Cross is paying for this mask that I did NOT orderTherefore, it will be three more months before they will pay for the correct maskGulf Medical Services first promised that they would exchange the maskApparently, they know they provided the wrong maskHowever, Gulf Medical Services will not stand behind their promiseGulf Medical Services will not provide the product consistent with the medical need even though it was strictly their mistake

My son bought a car from new motors it was in the shop there within the fist days Then he was told the motor was bad from no fault of his and we had to pay dollars to repair it Now the front drive case now went out We took it to a place here in new castle pa and we where able to trade it in but lost dollars in trade value My son is a college student at gannon university in erie

My car was brought there for a second time for the same exact recall issuewhen they had the car in for repairs, I was told it would only take daysthey kept it for one entire monthThey would not give us any information about progress on my carThey were repeatedly very rude and condescending, treated me like a second-class citizen because I did not purchase the car from their dealershipThey repeatedly extended time frame for which they needed the car, because of things they broke while working on the vehicleWhen I was finally able to pick up the car the work was beyond subparThey told me I was supposed to get a visual inspection sheet when I asked them where it was they said "oh you didn't get one"They argued with me on the phone because they've informed me now I need a new gas tank, due to the fact it was damaged while being removed to access the recalled parts and is now "seeping" I told them it was not leaking when I dropped it off and he told me it was not leaking

I purchased car in April I brought in to have car looked at, they sent it to another company due to the problem, there weeks later I received car with addtional problems and no one is fixing it addressing problemI want fixed by either company but don t know what to do
