Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

All Waste, Incis a leader in providing safe and reliable trash and recycling service throughout central ConnecticutIn addition to several thousand commercial and institutional customers, All Waste Incprovides curb and baservice for more than 44,residences
In order to safely
navigate New England winters, we have equipped our trucks with On-Spot chains, a traction-assist device now standard equipment on most large service vehicles, to include oil delivery trucks, school busses, power/phone company repair trucks and fire trucks
We received a complaint similar to the current Revdex.com incident on February 23rdIt was immediately investigatedOn February 25th, it was communicated to the homeowner that following a 1.88" snow storm in ***, the On-Spot chains were used to service customersAt no time did the customer notify All Waste, Incnot to service their location during inclement weather - in fact All Waste, Incgets far more complaints from customers when service is not provided year round without interruption
There are light surface markings in the driveway, and could have been caused by any vehicle with traction assist devices, including studded passenger or truck tiresThe repair quote was to lay a 3" strip of fortified rubber crack sealant which would not fill the flat scrape marks and would disintegrate in a very short period of time
Thus after a thorough investigation, it was determined that All Waste, Incoperated in a safe and prudent manner to provide service throughout the winter, and did nothing different that would be customary by any commercial vehicle accessing the driveway at the customer's requestTherefore, the complainant's request for $was deniedIt was suggested that if the complainant did not wish service from any vendor using commercial vehicles during inclement weather that such notifications be made and All Waste, Incwould abide by those requests

I have investigated the complaint submitted by *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** cancelled service with us after multiple attempts to receive payment through post cards sent, letters of reminders/warnings of potential interruption of service, then a phone
conversation when she had been shut-off. She refused to pay even at that point. This is not the first time there has been a payment issue. She has been on stop service multiple times within the past two years. Her record of talking to our company as stated on the complaint is also inaccurate. We have detailed call reports and call tracking should that desire to be verified. On 10/17/Peggy spoke with John, the head of our Collections Department, where she requested the carts to be removed. John agreed and put in a work order for her pickup day (Friday 10/21). The carts were removed on Friday, October 21, 2016.Thus the issue should be resolved relative to the carts being removed. There is litigation for services rendered and payment not received that is being handled through the civil court system. Please contact me if you have any further questions. If in the future you don’t get an immediate response from me or our company, please send me an email or feel free to call.Thank you.Robert AN***, Jr., General ManagerAll Waste, Inc.***

The facts previously stated in our investigation of this complaint stand and we are considering this complaint closed

I am rejecting this response because: Mr.. Robert N[redacted] is a BOLD FACE LIAR!  AS a business owner of a franchise myself, I have ALL of our conversations recorded INCLUDING THE ONE WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT.  I will be forwarding all to my attorney and the Revdex.com as well and will see this business in court. They WERE REQUESTED TO PICK UP THE CANS ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS... I EVEN HAVE A VOICEMAIL FROM 10/7 STATING THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE ON MONDAY 10/10/16 AND OF COURSE, THEY NEVER SHOWED.  IT TOOK ME FILING THIS COMPLAINT FOR TTHEM TO SHOW...IRONICALLY, ON THE SAME DAY THE COMPLAINT WAS PLACED!Also, being turned off for non payment is a bold face lie and as a matter of fact, if there were past due balances they would show on the current bill and the do NOT!!! A quick search on the internet shows what kind of crooked, lazy, rude and non professional company this is and I will be seeing them in court! I suggest you pull your recorded calls, because I wil certainly have mine.... CROOKED LIARS AND CROOKS!
Sincerely,

On Monday, March 27th, the trash cart was not emptied by our driver on the regular route and pickup day because building debris was visible to the driver.  The cart contained sheetrock, an item not accepted.  Trash from [redacted] goes to a trash to energy plant.  Building debris or...

non-household municipal solid waste (MSW) is not acceptable per State DEEP regulations.  That night the customer left a message saying his cart was missed.  Another truck was sent on Tuesday to pickup the alleged missed trash but also saw the building debris so the cart was again not picked up.On Wednesday, March 29th, Eric from our Dispatch Office called the customer.  Eric explained that the building debris was unacceptable but that if removed we would come out again for another special pickup to remove the trash.  The customer became agitated and threatened to hide the material, and used other examples of hiding unauthorized material such as cement in the cart in such a way that our driver would not know it was there.  Eric continued the conversation very politely and ultimately agreed to send yet another truck out on Thursday, March 30th to remove the trash once the building debris was taken out of the cart.  The customer agreed.  On Thursday, March 30th, a special pickup was made to remove the acceptable trash.  All of these repeated visits, including the removal on 3/30 were done at no charge, thus there is nothing to credit. The customer receives every other week recycling.  He received recycling service pickup on Monday 3/27.  He was not scheduled for pickup on Monday 4/3, but is scheduled for the next pickup on Monday 4/10.  There was no mention of any other recycling missed pickups or missed trash pickups in his conversation with Eric on 3/29, thus there is no evidence that there were any missed pickups at this account.  The last note in the account was from September 10, 2015 for a missed pickup but when we sent a special truck out there were no carts out to be picked up.Thus we believe there were no service issues with this account and that once the unacceptable items were removed, our company made extra efforts to satisfy the customer.  From the beginning of the conversation on 3/29, the customer stated he would leave us unless we took the unacceptable items.  He was offered multiple times that if he wished to do so we would honor his request, even offering advice on where he could bring his items - to the local town transfer station.

All Waste, Inc. has provided both rubbish and recycling service for this customer for approximately 8 years.  During that time period, the service has been suspended 22 times for payment issues.  Recently the credit card on file was unable to be used.  The customer called in...

requesting to pay the minimal amount from a bank account to restore service.  Our customer service representative attempted to process the payment, but the computer did not allow it until the bad credit card info was removed.  The customer became abusive and used vulgar very inappropriate language to the CSR, the Collections Manager and the Office Manager.  During the interactions, the computer payment was processed, but inadvertently for the entire amount owed - not just the past due amount.  The Controller for All Waste, Inc. spoke with the customer explaining that the extra amount was returned to his account.  The customer apologized for use of inappropriate language.  The requests for discipline are both unwarranted and not details of an employer/employee relationship that we would ever disclose.  In addition, all of our phone lines to CSRs, Collections and the call with the Controller were recorded and provide the evidence for this conclusion.  Thus as far as we are concerned this is a frivolous complaint, with the payment due to us already reversed, and the customer advised that he cannot speak to our employees as he has done in the past.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: On Feb 25th the [redacted] manager Steve W[redacted] came
to examine our driveway. He did agree that the All Waste truck made the damage
to the driveway that was completely replaced in 2012. We have never had another
vehicle, truck, or car use chains on this driveway and until Feb 17th
All Waste had never attempted to access our driveway in the snow. We had an agreement
with [redacted], whom was acquired by All Waste, to not access our drive in inclement
weather.  That contract was continued with All Waste. We
had never complained about the missed service.  I have photographic  proof that the driver did not go in a straight
line and should have stopped when his tires started to chatter. There was damage to 110ft of my driveway. These damages
have affected my ability to sell my home and these were not small scratches but
large gouges in the driveway that would have continued to wear to become larger
holes if not repaired.  I trust Sullivan’s
Paving and their repair of my driveway.   I have not asked for a new driveway just the
repairs to be paid for. Nor have I gone to the court of public opinion or
sought legal action.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
