The job was estimated to take three days, but took over three weeks to complete due to Todd repeatedly not showing up and leaving to complete other jobs instead of completing the job at my house. After committing to my job Todd showed a complete lack of professionalism by not showing up or making alternate plans for the job to be completed. Because of these delays the rest of the renovation was delayed over three weeks and I have been forced into paying an extra month's rent and utilities, ($900.00). You and your company should bear the burden of these expenses, since the delay was caused by you. In addition Todd cut a hole in the rear closet in my hardwood floors and sub floor underneath the breaker box. Rather than going under the house, which is the industry standard. And has destroyed the original 1921 hardwood floors, these floors will have to be repaired by replacing the sub floor and weaving in new hardwood. Your company should also share in the cost of these expenses since you caused this damage to the house which was completely preventable.I will wait to hear from you.Desired Settlementpay for damages and lost of rent
