I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]  I have attached the full details of text communication between [redacted] and myself.  He indicates on several occasions that he is working on the tablet, he asked for passwords in order to do the work, etc Therefore his statement about not having the time to complete the work is not true.  IF you read his statements a reasonable person would believe he was in the process of repairing the item. He is making a false statement and I deserve to be refunded as he stated he was going to do.  Please read the document in it's entirety. [redacted] returned my item in the sane condition I gave it to him HE did nothing yet indicated in his own words he was working on it. I want this resolved by him returning my money. He lied from the beginning he never did anything and even lied about when he had sent the item in the mail. Please look closely at is business I would not want anyone else to have this happen to them. If not he will continue to mislead people. If he could not repair the item, I would have preferred him being honest and say it was not able to be repaired as I was told when I took it to an establishment here in NYC. He falsely took and kept my money

Review: This business is a kious service for cell phones, laptops, tablets and computers. I gave a $60.00 deposit for a LCD repair of may tablet. On 8/4/2014. As instructed by [redacted] I held my property until he received the necessary part. On 8/13/14 I gave him my ASUS Tablet. He stated it would take a couple of days I left Virginia 8/26/14. Without my property. [redacted] was to return the fixed item on 8/25/14. I waited, 8/25/14 at the [redacted] from 5pm until closing to which he never showed or called. On I received my property via US Mail on 9/2/14 it was NOT repaired nor did I receive a refund of my money. For the record I havd to basically harass [redacted] to return my property. The phone # listed is never answered. I do not want anyone else to be scammed by this individual.Desired Settlement: He can send my refund via banker's check or Money Order.
