Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/04/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not a complicated matterMy request was to simply put electrical power to a heater to see if it workedI was told this was done, and the unit didn't workI then drove several hours to the factory, where it was simply a matter of putting power to the unit and turning it on, to find that it does workThe unit in question had only seven hours on it, and needed no other service work done to operateI have the paperwork to verify this
I believe any fair and reasonable shop would refund the $110, especially since I'm not (currently) seeking redress for all my time and extra expenses, at this point
Final Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2017/04/24) */

Purging the fuel system would have costed you ***
