The work performed has always been goodHowever their billing practices not so muchWe received an email invoice and a nasty call stating we owed a bill and they have mailed an invoice and not gotten paymentWhen asked to re-email the invoice I notified it was dated March, The invoice was paid back in March of I called Master-Tech and spoke with the billing departmentShe stated that they had changed their computer system back in March and that she knew some invoices had been paid and some had not so she went ahead and sent the bills out so people would pay their billI asked her if she wanted proof of the cleared check she said no just the date and check number because she still had the old check from a year ago and would find it from thereFirst of all, why didn't she do an internal audit before sending out other bills? Secondly she treated us with nasty comments on the phone when she called for payment accusing of of dodging the billShe said she mailed an invoice, which we never received! If you do business with the company by all means KEEP YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY MAY TRY AND GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU A YEAR LATER! I wonder how many other people just mailed them a payment without looking into it but my $I just don't have to pay twice!!!!!
