I purchased tickets on this site, assuming (which is my problem ) that their prices were comparable to others Turns out I paid 3x the price for the same section that I could have purchased on ticket master DO NOT USE THIS SITE When I called (mins after I bought them) they told me in a very nice way, too bad, have a nice day Just figured I'd leave a rating to forewarn others to hopefully avoid anyone else being ripped off

While trying to buy presale tickets to Blink on TicketMaster's app, I went onto [redacted] to get TicketMaster's telephone number to try to call and buy ticketsI hit the call button and I was told by the automated voice that I was the next person in lineThe woman answers, magically has GA tickets, but for $While on the phone with the customer service rep, I was texting my friend to see if the price was too highWe both came to the conclusion that TicketMaster must've only had a certain amount of tickets at the $70-$price range and then the prices would go upSo I said yes and purchased the tickets at $The email invoice came in and the tickets were not from TicketMaster, they were from MasterTicket.centerI've called them and asked them to refund me and that I don't buy tickets from scalpersThey said it's too bad my offer was already accepted by Ticket Galaxy and they do no do refunds, at allSo I called Ticket Galaxy and try to explain the confusionThe woman, who was very nice, said that masterticket.center's website clearly states no refunds and that the prices of tickets can be above or below face ticket value, and that they are in fact a middle man ticket brokerI explained to her that it was a phone call, and that had I been properly greeted when I called, "Thank you for choosing MasterTicket.center." I would have told them that I had the wrong number and called TicketMaster to purchase said ticketsI also told her the woman for masterticket did not inform me of their all sales final policy or the whole spiel about the prices of ticketsShe told me how sorry she was but they were not able to give me a refund either, and that I should call masterticket.center and tell management that their operator did not follow proper procedureI opted out of that option and spent the entire morning on the phone with my bank trying to get them to do a stop paymentBasically I am being told too bad so sad by masterticket.center, Ticket Galaxy, and my bank, for tickets that may or may not even work when I get to the venueBut no worries they guarantee 200% money back if something happens to these ticketsI'm beyond frustrated that this practice is allowed and that I didn't just use a computer to do this stuffThe google search engine only pops masterticket.center above TicketMaster on the mobile appI urge everyone, even if you are in a hurry to double check who you are calling after you [redacted] search TicketMaster, save yourself some time and a lot of money

*** *** We would first like to apologize for your dissatisfactionUnfortunately this happens more times than notCustomers *** or search a venue to event and when the results
populate often times the first things to pop up are ads and these are typically the websites customers click on firstI am uncertain how you ended up at the site used to make the purchase, but it was not *** as it clearly states ***Often times when this happens, we are often blamedThe truth of the matter is, you did not order the tickets directly from us either, it is a third party siteMeaning the site is full of tickets being resold by a secondary or third party, not affiliated with any venue, or box office and prices can be above or below face valueMany brokers have inventory listed on these sites, not just oneAll of this is disclosed via the terms and conditions all customers are asked to read, however most times are notAlthough this was a mistake, it was not our mistakeWe are apologetic to situation, however we will not be able to refund your orderYou agreed to the terms of the sale which includes All sales are finalThank You

*** ***, We apologize for your dissatisfactionThis is a common issue with “searching’ for tickets to purchaseHowever, it is up to the customer where they purchase their ticketsIt
is understandable that you googled “ticket masters” however, this is not what you actually “clicked” onYou clearly clicked on the “ad” for *** which is how they received your ticket requestAlthough, this is an understandable mistake, once on the site, EVERYTHING is disclosed and EVERY caller is advised of the “all sales are final” policyYou had to access the site to obtain the phone number and navigate through the site, to make your seat selectionsThe entire time on the site, the terms & policies are available to you at any time PRIOR to finalizing your purchaseThis is a typical policy when purchasing tickets as most tickets are not refundable anywhereWe do apologize for the inconvenience this may hav e caused, but all sales are finalThank You

I first would like to say that I had a bad experience with this company I call them directly for assistance because I am disabled and I wanted to purchase handicap accessible seatingWith my understanding I though I purchased seats that I assumed would be somewhere I did not have to walk a million step so I did not mind paying a little moreSo in all actuality the seats were one less row from the roofI appreciated being forced to exercise that evening But I had *** years ago so I have a difficult time going up and down stairsSo I want my frustration to be documented I don't know if this is their practice to deceive customers saying there are not slot of stair and then have you damn near sitting on the roof and there is nothing you can but try not having another *** or heart attack haduknownthis I would have just purchased the more in expensive seat and could have been closer to sea levelWhat a disappointing experience with this company I will never buy from them again thanks for nothing master ticket center

To start off I'm a disabled man looking for football tickets to the Minnesota Vikings in Minneapolis. I had caked the ticket master and told tickets would foo on sake a certain date so we spent$1000+ on plane tickets,$400 on hotels and $100 for a rental car so we want left out of the game as it will be us traveling from Rhode island to Minnesota. The trip was booked non refundable, and surprise surprise on the [redacted] of July the tickets weren't for sale yet. I spend an hour on the phone waiting to talk to a rep, that rep finally tells me July [redacted] which again I waited and found it false. After calling again I was told August [redacted] and here we are today and the tickets have been sold out since they came out, whenever that was. The whole time I was seeing resale tickets through the ticket master website but I was told by ticket master thosE were only season ticket holders, and again that was a lie. Now if I dint want to lose out of the trip I m forced to spend outrageous money on a"resale" ticket. Call me stupid but isn't that scalping? How are these people asked to buy tickets and resell them without it being illegal,I personally know people that have been arrested for scalping so I'm lost on how this loop hole works. And this is the part that hurts the most, while looking online I see [redacted] tickets with a headline "you dint beef to be [redacted] to sit here" which is a disgrace of u ask me.why make [redacted] tickets if anybody can buy them and resell them to us, who mostly are on a fixed income to begin with. I call ticket master again and of cost I'm mad about it,I said a swear and she immediately went into self defense mode hanging up on me instead of helping a customer after they're company cost us all that money. I think you should push for some kind of law that prosecutes not only the person reselling"scalping" but also the ticket center that sells [redacted] tickets to anybody and for proof of that you can subpoena the recording that the guy just told me "we just sell tickets and dont check whos [redacted]". They should be held accountable for any losses I have because they misinformed me more than afew times and could care less about a [redacted] ticket as long as they make their money. No morals, no care who buys, and again the [redacted] gets screwed. I can't just go work over time to get this money back, it's money I been saving for a year on a fixed income. Please do something about this,I need this business to realize that they messed up and be accountable instead of looking for reasons to hang up by expecting mad customers to be polite after being lied to and given the run around, not to mention the time spent on the phone everyone I called.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

To whom it may concern, I cannot conceive or accept that a business would run this way in 2015/16. Obviously your company is not a reputable place to do business with. I continued my search to find reviews from many unhappy customers of the site/business. There couldn't be one good reason that all these people are unsatified. I called back in a reasonable amount of time, within a few hours. Iloilo still like a refund. You cannot sell good that you do not have. The tickets have not been released yet, therefore you do not have the merchandise that I purchased. I want a refund for the merchandise that I do not have.

I purchased tickets on this site, assuming (which is my problem ) that their prices were comparable to others. Turns out I paid 3x the price for the same section that I could have purchased on ticket master. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. When I called (20 mins after I bought them) they told me in a very nice way, too bad, have a nice day. Just figured I'd leave a rating to forewarn others to hopefully avoid anyone else being ripped off.

While trying to buy presale tickets to Blink 182 on TicketMaster's app, I went onto [redacted] to get TicketMaster's telephone number to try to call and buy tickets. I hit the call button and I was told by the automated voice that I was the next person in line. The woman answers, magically has 2 GA tickets, but for $400. While on the phone with the customer service rep, I was texting my friend to see if the price was too high. We both came to the conclusion that TicketMaster must've only had a certain amount of tickets at the $70-$80 price range and then the prices would go up. So I said yes and purchased the 2 tickets at $393.50. The email invoice came in and the tickets were not from TicketMaster, they were from MasterTicket.center. I've called them and asked them to refund me and that I don't buy tickets from scalpers. They said it's too bad my offer was already accepted by Ticket Galaxy and they do no do refunds, at all. So I called Ticket Galaxy and try to explain the confusion. The woman, who was very nice, said that masterticket.center's website clearly states no refunds and that the prices of tickets can be above or below face ticket value, and that they are in fact a middle man ticket broker. I explained to her that it was a phone call, and that had I been properly greeted when I called, "Thank you for choosing MasterTicket.center." I would have told them that I had the wrong number and called TicketMaster to purchase said tickets. I also told her the woman for masterticket did not inform me of their all sales final policy or the whole spiel about the prices of tickets. She told me how sorry she was but they were not able to give me a refund either, and that I should call masterticket.center and tell management that their operator did not follow proper procedure. I opted out of that option and spent the entire morning on the phone with my bank trying to get them to do a stop payment. Basically I am being told too bad so sad by masterticket.center, Ticket Galaxy, and my bank, for tickets that may or may not even work when I get to the venue. But no worries they guarantee 200% money back if something happens to these tickets. I'm beyond frustrated that this practice is allowed and that I didn't just use a computer to do this stuff. The google search engine only pops masterticket.center above TicketMaster on the mobile app. I urge everyone, even if you are in a hurry to double check who you are calling after you [redacted] search TicketMaster, save yourself some time and a lot of money.

[redacted],Please allow us to first express our apologies for your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, you purchased your tickets through a “resale marketplace.” This information is NOT hidden in any way. Not only is it disclosed on the homepage and throughout the site, it is also disclosed via...

the terms & conditions you were asked to read. This is why we ask that ALL customers read the terms & conditions, so that they are not surprised or caught off guard. The policies clearly indicate “we are a resale marketplace, not the ticket seller. Prices are set by the seller and may be above or below face value.” Please understand that the fact that this is a resale marketplace, means that just because a price is printed on the ticket, does NOT mean this is the price we paid to secure the tickets. This information is also disclosed via the terms & conditions. Once these terms are disclosed AND agreed to, the sale is valid and “all sales are final&r dquo; as indicated.Thank You
