or bad credit. The $399 documentation fee is also mandatory to every vehicle we sell (there is a sign on the wall stating so), as is the same with the VSI of $200. "To whom it may concern:I am not in agreement with the response from the dealer of Master Auto.  For the $200 security deposit and $399 paperwork fee, the dealer never told me about the total amount, even though the signs are on the wall.  I think that as a consumer, you need to verbally explain charges as well as written.  Not to omit this information that will be additional charges later, which is what happened in my case here.  This will help consumers later to not fall victim of these charges when it is time to finance the total loan.  It is not the amounts, it is how they presented the charges, that I have a problem with.As far as the $1100 difference, I do not accept. It is not true that they asked me to sign the contract after that they told me about the $1100.  The finance company was the ones that mentioned to me, not the sales person.  They told me that the  $1100 was part of the total, then the finance company put me in touch with the sales person from the dealer, Mr. [redacted], who never told me about that before.  The previous employee of the finance company made me sign the contract that was blank.  That is why she probably does not work there.  When I called him another day about the charge, he was telling me that it was a charge that the finance company was paying, spoke with finance company who inturn told me that it was a charge to dealer and not to consumer.  Like in my last statement, I believe this is a commission that is being charged to the consumer. My question to all of this is, which is the correct answer from both dealer and finance company??  In no way do I accept the value of paying $1100 for the next 4 years.I hope they can resolve my issue.  There is no support within the contract to specify, why I am paying $1100 and what it is for? Why I have to pay it? And for the next 4 years.
Regards,
