[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have performed the test in which was corrected at the state lab, not once but twice [redacted] was given these water results on several occasions, which I have confirmed email receipt of MrD [redacted] and his affiliatesTwo carbon tanks were then installed in my home in February and NO ONE from Masters had come out to ensure the system was set up properly or taken a water sample after the new system was installed, as D & S said your company wouldI need my system fixed and running properlyThe only reason I was given a UV light system was because I paid for an entire filtration system and an employee of your distributor, ***, ripped off not only my family but countless othersIf you do not wish to be held responsible for your equipment, I would recommend finding a new distributor who has quality employees who care about their clientele Regards, [redacted]

May 1, 2017Dear ***,I am in receipt of your complaint ID ***.We are the manufacturer of the equipment referenced in the letter*** is one of our distributors and Evergreen is one of their plumbing customersOur equipment is not malfunctioning - our equipment does not cause the type of
skin issues *** *** refers toWe do standard water testing as a courtesy to our distributors, but cannot test for bacteria or VOC's (volatile organic compounds)We had recommended early on that *** *** send her water to an EPA certified lab to test for the aforementionedShe did have it tested for bacteria, which was found positive, and an ultraviolet system was installed late Novto address thisVOC testing was never requested to our knowledge, so we do not know what else may be in her water that might cause skin problemsThis is a medical condition that needs to be addressed by her physician - the underlying cause needs to be found, not just treatment of symptomsIf it is found to be something in the water, we can try to address itIn addition to the UV unit which *** *** was given at no charge, two carbon filters (MTBE) were then also installed in January in an effort to address the possibilities of what might be in her water possibly causing rashes/blistersSo we have had a concern for her family and their circumstance, however without *** *** finding out the culprit by having the appropriate EPA testing done, we are grasping at straws.Sincerely,Janice M.CorpSecty/Customer SVC
