I have received your notice of a complaint that was assigned an ID of [redacted] I appreciate the Revdex.comtaking measures to hear both sides.Please understand that we have been diligently in contact with Mr [redacted] from the beginning of hischallenges due to medical circumstancesI can understand the stress and anxiety he must be underand believe that better communication could have prevented this coming to your handsI haveincluded copies of email correspondences we have had with Mr [redacted] Note the email datedOctober 19th that states his plan to return to classesSince then, there were no attempts to respondto emails as his circumstances progressedHe Is on a membership plan that he had agreed to paymonthly for and these charges continued to occur as there was no response to our attempts tocontact him.We have finally made contact with Mr [redacted] and now have the appropriate documents needed toproceed as he requestsNo others charges for membership or bills will be sent to himI hope thisclarifies the miscommunication we've hadThe financial strain must have led Mr [redacted] to themeasures to reach out to you but very well could have been resolved had there been better lines ofcommunication with us.Thank you for your considerationPlease let me know how to proceed from here.Sincerely,Moon Joo ***Owner
