Dear Revdex.com,The discounted advertised price shown to the client was $249.95, totaling $+ Sales Tax (Grand Total $1624.18). The client made an offer of $900.00, which was mistakenly written up on the sales invoice. All American immediately contacted the customer after the transaction
to explain our mistake before he picked up the furniture. All American immediately voided the transaction because we were unable to fulfill the sale. The client may contact All American directly to discuss further

Customer agreed to terms and conditions with signature approval, per Invoice contract enclosed. All American had scheduled delivery date and time with client and all merchandise client ordered was prepared and ready for installation which involves many hours
of time, labor and assembly. All American stands behind our company policy contract agreement with client for All Sales are Final, No Refunds including exchanges are authorized

Their response is not based on truth or honestyThe fact is that the table was sold defectiveThe only reason the defect was not obvious at the store was because there was no weight placed on it thereAs soon as the fridge was placed on the table the defective nature of the table became apparentI bought the table on Thursday, May 24th, and the fridge was delivered and placed on the table on May 30thI had no motives to intentionally loosen the screws on the table after bringing it home ?As I have explained it to the sales representative at the store multiple times, it is not possible for me to bring the table back to the store, as currently there is 140lbs heavy fridge sitting on itAnd I am physically not able to remove the fridge from the tableI also don't have the knowhow to get under the table to try to tighten screws and potentially have the table along with fridge fall on me.I, as a matter of principle I refuse to reward them for their mistake/dishonesty of selling me a defective piece, by paying them another $for them to send a service person. This is the crux of the matter and my principled stand, that it was their fault to start with, and they are the ones who should take care of it !I have attached the video of the wobbling table

All American sold the client a satisfactory assembled end table which he took with him from our Scottsdale showroom Client claims after some time the bolts on the table legs have become loose To simply correct this matter, All American has offered to verbally instruct the client over
the phone on how to tighten the bolts that have become loose, which he has refused All American has also agreed to have the client come back into the store where we can tighten the bolts for him or we will exchange the table for a new table, also which the client has refused If the client wishes to have our service department come out to his home, we will agree to this however the service fee will be $
