We contacted this company on a Monday and they couldn't come to check out our air conditioner until Wednesday at 2:The temperature outside was over degrees so it was extremely hot inside the houseThe company never called on Wednesday so I finally called them minutes after our appointment timeThe RUDE receptionist informed me that they had called at 12:and the man that answered the phone said that we didn't need A/C serviceThe company called the WRONG numberAMA had two different contact numbers and we were NEVER called that dayThe receptionist insisted that she called numerous times and we were not home(A man does not live here and we have caller ID and showed no calls from AMA)The receptionist told me that they had three more calls that day (Wednesday) and they couldn't come until ThursdayIt was their fault that they continued to call the wrong numberThen put other people in front of us and expected us to wait another day in degree heat? Bad customer serviceIf they LIED about a phone call, can you imagine what they would tell you about you air conditioning?
Ama was in my home twice in one weekThey are wonderfulMy air was out on the first floorThe tech came with a foot ladder went straight up and fixed the problem
Most companies called didn't want to do story houses and especially with adbbe
tile roofs
The second problem occurred days later when my spicket for water on the patio started leaking badly.These people respond right away and came lierally the same day.their techs are knowable,friendly, and do a great job
The person on the phone was polite
I'd rate them very high on service
