Mr*** *** contacted Masterbuilt regarding his smoker and the performance issue he was encountering H became upset when the customer service representative offered him a replacement part at no charge even though he was no longer within his warranty periodHe requested to speak with a supervisor which at that time one was not available, so the agent submitted a supervisor callback message On that same evening I personally spoke with Mr*** and discussed situation and explained to him tat we wanted our consumers to be happy with our product and if he would prefer a replacement unit rather than the part (body kit) which I agreed to.
Mr *** received the replacement smoker on order # *** placed on 1/16/and according to UPS tracking the new unit delivered to Mr*** on 1/21/
We feel the situation was resolved with Mr*** the very day this complaint was filed with your office
