I received an estimate from the owner on a business card to take down and remove two large pine trees and remove the stumps which his advertising says is freeWhen the crew arrived late to take down the trees they informed me that would be an additional cost for stump removalI protested but agreed because I needed the stumps to be removed for a shed deliveryThe stump removal was entirely unsatisfactory and I spent a week removing the remains of a stump on my ownThe remaining stump has several inches above ground level and I will be working for several weeks in the future to remove thatEntirely unacceptable business practicesI wouldn't use them again if they were the last Tree Service in the United States

Not only is the work substandard, but took forever to get doneOne of their employees busted a pipe in my yard and failed to do anythingI had to call and have someone come fix itI never heard from the company after that incident, even though I emailed asking for a call.\r\n\r\nI would never hire them again

Master Care removed two pine trees from our front yard and the stumps were ground down satisfactorily. The trees were over 60 feet tall and they dropped them both with no damage to our lawn or neighboring landscaping. Very satisfactory!!! Neighbors were so intrigued with the work process one took a video. The price was competitive - but more then prior to the Hurricane - and the work was completed as contracted in a timely manner.

I am disappointed in the way the contract and billing were handled. We made a verbal agreement but there was no contract written on company letterhead. The receipt was written on a blank piece of paper. I paid in cash. It was insisted on payment up front or they wouldn't do the job.

After Hurricane Matthew we noticed a split in a tree in our backyard. We got the name and number for Mastercare. We contacted them for an estimate for the tree removal. The only method of communication was through email. No one ever picked up the phone. They were supposed to come and do the estimate 10/23/16, but actually did not do it until 11/1/16. They told us they would put us on their schedule. Unfortunately on 11/4/16 the tree fell on our home. I immediately called and left a message. I also emailed and received a response from Stephanie stating that they would put us on the schedule ASAP at a higher price. The date given was 11/8/16. The day came and went with no sign of Mastercare. Again we left several messages and sent emails with absolutely no response! We contacted another company who removed the tree from our house the next day 11/10/16. We now have significant roof damage that will need further repair and cost. Had Mastercare worked in a timely fashion, the tree would have been removed with no roof damage. To this day, we still have not gotten a return phone call or email from them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service.
