MasterCare in Home Services prides itself on satisfied customers and we regret this unfortunate miscommunication.  Since hearing about the Revdex.com complaint the owner has completed an investigation and found that indeed the refund check regarding this client has not...

cleared the checking account.  We have processed an additional check and mailed to the client while placing a stop payment on the original check.  MasterCare processes several refunds per week and this particular one had been processed late, however our records indicate a refund mailed on April 14th.  Accounting was unaware until the Revdex.com notification that the client had not cashed her refund check.   However, this incident does indicate a need to be more vigilant ensuring refund checks have been received and cashed by our clients.  We apologize and regret any hardship or inconvenience this has caused the family. We enjoyed and appreciated working with this family and sincerely want them to continue to be satisfied.

would like the refund made in another individuals name other than the account name.  We understand that this can sometimes be an inconvenience for the family but it is important to maintain integrity of the account.  The General Manager here at MasterCare has notified the family of this and has left two voice mail messages explaining the issue.  We are open to discussing any concerns and are available by phone or e-mail with any questions.  We value and appreciate our clients and are deeply sorry for any frustration this client and family may be feeling.
