In Mastercraft Construction, LLC was hired to rebuild Mrs***'s homeEverything was completed per the scope of work agreed upon by the Insurance Company and Mrs***
Mastercraft Construction, LLC started receiving complaints
from Mrs*** shortly after she signed off on the job and we received our final payment from the insurance company
The paint used in the home was the paint she selected and signed off on, Sherwin-Williams semi-gloss paintOnce the painting was complete she told us it was not the paint she had selectedWe showed her the used paint cans and had a Sherwin-Williams representative out to her home to assure her this was in fact the paint she selectedWhen Mrs*** called about the paint chipping we sent someone out that week to look at it, and had our painter do some surface retouching of the paint on the wallsAt that time she was happy and told our painter it looked good
The floors that were installed in her home were the floors that she selected and signed off on
Her landscaping was not done by Mastercraft Construction, LLC because she requested we write her a check for her brother to do her landscapingSo upon that request we cut her a check for $the amount allotted for landscaping per the public adjusters estimate
Her gutters were installed without the gutter screens on themThere were not gutter screens on the home to begin withMrs*** could not produce evidence that there were screens on the gutters originallyThere were no screens on our estimate nor were they on the public adjusters estimateMrs*** did not wish to add them as an extra; therefore, they were not installed
This matter has gone on now for three yearsFor the first year and a half of the almost bi-weekly complaints we addressed all of her issuesEven through many of her issues we feel were without validity
We stand by our work but after three years of complaints and us routinely going to her home to "fix" things she kept finding we had to say, enoughWe tried every avenue to satisfy with Mrs*** but again it was never good enoughShe only seemed to want us to cut her a check
The list of repairs that was supplied by Mrs*** we feel is totally without meritIt seems Mrs*** is just out to make money off of this situation she has created
In addition to the many trips to fix things, there were many other times we were willing to go out to her home to address her concerns yet when we did, we could not gain access to the home and she would not return our callsA few days after our scheduled meetings at her home she would show up unannounced at our office asking for more moneyIt is unfortunate we could not resolve this manner with Mrs*** but we have made more than reasonable efforts to do so

I am very grateful that the Revdex.com is handling this matterI don't agreed with the response from Master Craft Construction, LLC for the following reasons:
1.Master Craft Construction,LLC is not facts of this matter correctingThey stated that all I want is money from them, which is not true and don't address my suggested resolutions to my complaint to the Revdex.com, which is, that Master Craft Construction, LLC honor the agreement that they themselves wrote and mail to me so that I signed to bring to completion the contractual agreements between usThe list of items that I submitted to Master Craft Construction, LLC, was the results of my continue persistence of calling their attention to the incomplete work that they did on my houseI will elaborate here: Master Craft Construction, LLC delay the completion of my house for two months, causing me to paid extra two months of rent at the place I was living, after they failed to meet their own deadlineThe day that they said my house was to be turn over to me there were still construction works going on, including electrical wiring, plumbing, painting, sweeping, dusting, etc., etcI was rush into my house, there were subcontractors bringing all kinds of paper for me to signed, which I did signed in my ignorance, mixed with anxiety, fear, and stress, yes, stress! I was completely stress out because of what they were making me go through
I disagreed because after I moved into the house the supervisor that overseen the construction of my house came to my house to go through the house with me after I call them with my disapprover of the work done on the house, it is from this walked through of the house with Master Craft Construction, LLC supervisor that my complaints was derided and resulted in Master Craft Construction, LLC drawing up an agreement to resolve all repairs and replacements on my house
Again, I want Master Craft Construction, LLC to complete the repairs on my house and the replacements of items thereofThe house had a gutter covering, the one that Master Craft Construction, LLC put in didn't fit so they felt off, pileup causing leaves to block the gutter which caused water to leak under the shingles then falling down the wall and flooding the furnace room
The landscape wasn't completed, they offer to give me $to complete the landscaping after I complaint about my wire fence that they damaged and the bricks that lined my flower garden in the front of my house weren't replaced
The ceiling in the upper bed room started to split at the joint were they meetThe nail head in the wall were showing and paint on the wall started to show a off white color which it suppose to be semi gloss according to themAll of these things they have to fitPlease find attach the agreement written by Master Craft Construction, LLC and signed by me which they are refusing to honorI want my house to be fix
