Mastercraft arrived on time and was able to diagnose and repair my broken spring and recommend new rollers for my garage door. Work was quick and now my garage door and opener sound like brand new. The charges were fair and reasonable. I would recommend this business.

Excellent! Professional. Fast. Checked web site 9pm. Web site online quote had an error message and did not work. Instead sent email, included info on opener. They called me about 9am next morning. I called Mastercraft to get a qoute to replace the cables on our garage door. I let them know we had a [redacted] torquemaster 7' double garage door. I was quoted $65 for cables and $65 for labor. I scheduled the repair to be done on a saturday morning. When the service tech came he informed me that you cannot replace just the cables, that the drums would also have to be replace for an additional $40, however he did not bring the parts to do this. He did inform me that he could replace the entire spring system for $450. I guess they totally duped me. I would like to know where honest business has gone? I feel they used the old bait and switch scheme. I feel everyone should be warned about this company.
