I have reviewed your response, and yes, your dealer has been at my home on multiple locationsAs I recall, times to correct the drawer, each time they either didn't have parts, had the wrong parts or had measured incorrectly previouslyWe are quickly approaching years with this situation, I believe it's of utmost importance for you, the manufacturer of these cabinets to step in and rectify this issue asapWhether your dealer has failed or just poor quality on your part, I completely expect you, as the manufacturer, who approves Dealers to step in and resolve this immediatelyThis is your brand, your name "Holiday Kitchens", your reputationI will not back down and this will only escalate.So you're aware, aside from the drawer problem, your dealer has to send someone to add screws to all the drawer tracks within months of installationDrawers were just falling apart, constantlyTech said only screws added per track causing the mounting wood to "blow out"He stated he had to reposition the track/screw and add more screws on every drawer trackTo me that sounds like poor manufacturing.Regardless, let's fix this drawer and resolve this once and for all so we can all move on with our lives, otherwise like stated earlier it will escalate and council will be hired.Thank you for your time and consideration of my reply

craftsmanship of our cabinetry and if the cabinets received are causing concern
we would like to address
After receiving
this message on June 11th, 2015, we began the investigation
process based on the information provided At this point I regret to
inform you we have been unsuccessful To further the investigation and
come to a resolution we need more information We need the name of dealership in which the cabinets were
purchased and/or the job order number

As requested by the manufacturer, the dealer is [redacted] - dba- K[redacted], ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. No contract number available though I do have half payment by check to provide and can provide copy of contract and job specs.

Dear Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for again contacting Holiday.  We do have record of replacing two drawer
boxes based on a request from our customer, the dealer.  The first was in late 2014, the second was
early 2015. 
We have sent a note to the dealer regarding your message.  It would be best if further communications
relative to your order be directed to them, as that is whom you worked with to
purchase your cabinetry.

Review: Purchased cabinets through their licensed vendor kitchen source local, located in farming dale ny. Neither my complaints their vendor or to mastercraft have brought me resolution. Faulty cabinet drawer since day 1. I have been waiting now 18 months for a replacement drawer.Desired Settlement: Replace/repair the drawer!
