My wife and I had our deck enclosed with a screened enclosure the work was done to our satisfaction, we have no complaints as of this date
The instillation crew were great to work with, They consulted with us on many matters to be sure it was what we wanted, and to see if what they had done suited usWe had a strong storm come through after roof was up but screens were not installed yet and even with the high winds the structure stayed in place and did not shift

There are 13 doors on the cabinets’ I ordered and 10 doors have multi-color stain marks. The door/cabinet that was shown to me when I placed my order did not have multi-color stain mark. There are 2 cabinet’s doors that are warped and not flashed with the cabinet frame. The bottom of wine rack which is connected to the cabinet is not stained, and is chipped. There are 2 rubber door stops missing from the cabinet doors and 1 from a draw. The strip/molding joining the Island cabinets is not install correctly and is not flashed with the cabinet. The granite with the sink does not meet the wall on the back and side wall. The MasterCrafters Inc. employees damaged the hard wood floor in my house when they dropped the granite top.
The last day the MasterCrafter Inc installer was at my home, he said that he was going to lunch and would return in an hour to finish the work. Before leaving for lunch, the installers asked me to sign his work sheet stating the work was done and authorization for MasterCrafters Inc to charge my credit card. I told the installer I would sign the work sheet when the work was completed and doors matched.
The installer did not return and no one from MasterCrafters has corrected or addressed any of my concerns to date.

We just got our patio top and couldn't be more pleased!! We love it! Totally made the house looked finished and so complete. Would highly recommend them! My only issue was the length of time between signing the contract to the time when the actual work was done. But I guess that just shows how popular they are so get on the list!!...product is great with lifetime warranty. ..thank you Jeremy M[redacted] for the work!

My hardwood floor was installed by Master Crafters in 2014. Since June of 2015 they have been back several times to attempt to correct the poor installation of the floor. They have a bad habit of cancelling without notice, or even worse not showing up at all without the courtesy of a phone call. I would NEVER recommend the company to do any work for anyone.

Workman were very polite and courteous and professional. Job done very well.
