I've been calling their service department to have maintenance completed on my Cadillac SRX and NO ONE will answer the phone in the department!! I'm aggravated and just want to get my car fixed! Looking for another dealership after I type this!

The issues revolving around my home purchase regarding Amerifirst Financial included delays, miscommunication, and out right liesI was repeatedly told that we would be ready to close the purchase by the loan officer Ted C [redacted] and I was told repeatedly that "this will close early" It did not only not close early but it closed past the original closing dateWe had to request an extension three timesI was told at least three times, "You will have the keys in your hand tomorrow" Based on the information given by the lender, I had given my landlord notice and had to pay extra short term rent to pay for the delay in moving out On the promise that I would have "the keys in your hand today", I had hired movers who I ended up sending home and paying a trip fee to I cancelled my internet service and could not get it back without having to pay more feesThey didn't know the requirements of the FHA loan they were trying to get for me so we had to go back several times to the seller

I started a loan application process to refinance my mortgage with AmeriFirst Financial with their [redacted] office at the first part of May, with one loan officer whom I knew from prior experience Within a few days, he was let go and over the next few weeks my file was transferred to other people I wound up with a loan officer who did nothing but lie to me about the entire process as to what was happening and when, did not listen to me as to what title company I wanted to use and opened title with the company I specifically told him not to use Several mistakes were made on my initial application I had been in the mortgage business for years so I knew what the process used to be and I have a friend still in the business, so I knew what to expect and how things workI tried to cancel my application and he talked me out of it, asking me to give them another chanceAfter being lied to about the title work I sent a letter cancelling my application to him on July 7th, (two months after starting the process and getting no where), and his loan processor This was my third cancellation of my application He sent me a text apologizing that I LOST MY patience I then get an email this week telling me he no longer works for the company and my file has been assigned to another loan officer I can't get them to take NO for an answer

I was in contract to purchase a home in AZSo when the home is going through escrow they tell me that fanny m [redacted] has a law in affect which started June 2016, We started this process May 28, 2016, that will not allowed me to purchase because I have a 100,school debt which has been consolidated and is on a payment schedule every month is paid automaticallySo my question is did they deceived me, they should have not even started the processWHY DID THEY NOT KNOW 9DAYS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE I WOULD NOT QUALITY FOR THE LOAN!!!!!! I was very up front with all party's concern do I have a caseSo far I have paid a deposited of inspection fee appraisal Fanny Mac Cert and a bill which they suggested I pay I don't have anywhere to stay my 30-day notice will be up by Aug I have an elderly mother of years who is not in the best health they assured me everything was OKNow this could have been all avoidedHow could they string me long

My loan was sold off within days to a service provider that would not meet the terms of the original commitment from AmeriFirstThe company that purchased the loan is name AmeriHomeMy representative, Justin, explained to me that they can't control who buys the loans and that only 5% of the loan purchasers they work with can't match the terms offered by nearly all real mortgage companiesUltimately, the issue is over $84k in damage to me and I will have to seek resolution through alternative means

We started a loan with AmeriFirst Financial, Inc with loan officer Bryan Campo with a zero down loanWe were preapproved for FHA zero down loan in the amount of $125K Received phone call from Mark Taylor who works at AmeriFirst Financial, Inc indicting that they had a computer problems and lost all of our loan application information, and we needed to do a new applicationMark did not tell the truth that Bryan no longer worked for the company, he was let goFound out later Mark Taylor was not willing to do zero down loans because his loan officer would not receive a commission If he continued with current application on file he would have had to Bryan his commission on the loanOnce we found out the truth, we moved the loan with Bryan Campo who now works for Nova Home Loans Mark Taylor was so upset about us moving the loan to Bryan; he contacted the relator and convinces Chad to cancel the contract on the home
