I am not asking the postal service for a refund due to the fact that these mailings hurt my business ( I received complaints to my office and personally that the cards had too much personal information ) I have been forced to change companies I am asking Iappraisal to refund the money I paid them Since I did not pay the postal service direct, I will assume Iappraisal for my losses and not the USPS Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I never signed a contract with this business.  Please have them send the signed contract that I signed.  That would be a great starting point as I never signed a contract.  Thanks and have a great day!
