In regards to this inquiry, Infinite Energy has reviewed Ms [redacted] ’s concernsAfter further research it was determined that the account was handled properly based on the services requestedSince Infinite Energy was advised Ms [redacted] never moved into the apartment Manchester at Mansell, the property management company of this location, was contactedIt was requested they confirm this and if confirmed assume the charges issued for the apartmentManchester at Mansell confirmed this and agreed to assume responsibility for the charges issued to Ms [redacted] ’s accountThis will allow Infinite Energy to process a refund of the requested amountInfinite Energy contacted Ms [redacted] and confirmed the $payment made to the account would be refunded by checkMs [redacted] had no additional questionsIf there are any questions please feel free to contact me

Terrible experience The internet salesman gave me a $discount on the price of a car so we visited the dealership this week When I got the deal sheet, not only have they not given me the promised discount, they added a $processing fee and $glass etching fee Their web site states that the pricing INCLUDES a $processing fee but registration and taxes are not included This is clearly inaccurate Be prepared to pay $on top of the posted price, no matter what the web site says They were unwilling to negotiate a lower price so we walked away although we liked the car

was received, Infinite Energy was not aware that service needed to be stoppedInfinite Energy submitted a request to the apartment complex to see if they would be willing to assume the charges in question as a courtesy to Ms*** however this was declined. Ms*** was advised of this informationAs Infinite Energy’s phone calls are recorded for quality assurance we did offer to search the call recording database using any phone numbers Ms*** might have used to contact Infinite Energy to request a turn offIf a call requesting cancellation could be found an adjustment of the account may be possibleThis was done using the only phone number listed on the account though no recordings of a turn off request could be foundMs*** declined to provide additional phone numbers to searchWhile we regret any misunderstanding, based on existing information no refund to this account is possibleCurrently the account is paid and closedIf there are any questions please feel free to contact me

My husband and I researched tons of vehicles before we decided a Subaru would be the bestOnce we decided on that we emailed a few dealers including GraysonFrom most of the dealers I got a response of a copy and pasted webpage and a copy and pasted paragraph stating prices, links to pictures, etcNot from Grayson*** emailed me back an actual email! She was fast to answer any of my questions and extremely personableWe sent around emails in a six hours period of her just giving me information and answering questionsShe was not at all overbearing or 'pushy.' She was laid back and sincere I was so impressed that I drove from Chattanooga to KnoxvilleI past at least two Subaru dealers on the wayIt was all worth itThe service was great start to finish! When I arrived she knew what I wanted, test drive it, did paperwork, and I was on my wayGreat service, great price, great promotions, they have it all*** was also very knowledgable and was able to give useful information and tips! NO COMPLIANTS!!!

We have reviewed this customer’s concerns. This account was established using Infinite Energy’s website to complete enrollment. The credit check would have been completed using information input by the customer. The result came back approving service under the Infinite Advance prepaid program. We...

recommended the customer reach out to Transunion if they believed erroneous information on their credit report resulted in this determination.   As a courtesy we offered to rerun the credit check as doing so would not impact the customer’s credit reporting or scoring. If the new credit check returned the same result or it was not preferred we run a follow up credit check the possibility to seek out another natural gas provider for service was also an option.   The customer agreed to a new credit check which resulted in approval for service with a fixed rate. The customer selected a fixed rate plan and estimates on the account have been reversed with a recent prepayment being refunded due to the reversals. We asked the customer contact us if they have any further concerns.

We have reviewed this customer’s concerns. After researching the account we believe there was some confusion between the representative and customer regarding the 6-month Sweet and 6-month Smart plans that were being considered. We regret any misunderstanding that occurred and to resolve this,...

Infinite Energy agreed to place the customer on the plan that was preferred. In addition, that plan has been backdated to 11/16/2017 and an adjustment applied to make it where the account would have billed on that rate to the current time. The customer agreed this was acceptable and has been provided contact information should they have any further questions.

Manchester at Mansell confirmed this and agreed to assume responsibility for the charges issued to Ms. [redacted]’s account. This will allow Infinite Energy to process a refund of the requested amount. Infinite Energy contacted Ms. [redacted] and confirmed the $60.00 payment made to the account would be refunded by check. Ms. [redacted] had no additional questions. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

Infinite Energy has reviewed this inquiry and determined that a request for turn off was received today. The earliest date available to process a turn off is 6/3/2016, which is this Friday. Availability is determined by Atlanta Gas Light, the utility responsible for turning services on or...

off. This has been double checked since this inquiry was received and the earliest available turn off date remains 6/3/2016. Unfortunately, natural gas service cannot be shut off same day or remotely and it does require an Atlanta Gas Light technician to come to the area and complete the request. The account would be billed until the scheduled turn off date. Their web site states that the pricing INCLUDES a $500 processing fee but registration and taxes are not included. This is clearly inaccurate. Be prepared to pay $800 on top of the posted price, no matter what the web site says. They were unwilling to negotiate a lower price so we walked away although we liked the car.
