Knowing this is a family owned business, we were sure they would be a good company to work with After waiting three weeks for the work to be done, the workers were late, then left the house because they didn't come with the material needed, went back to the office and declined the job After speaking with the store manager, she made no timely effort to rectify the problem and refused us a refund *** (store manager) was unprofessional, rude, an uncooperative young lady who hung up the phone while we were expressing our displeasure about the problems they created for us *** (installer) was 1/hours late with no apologies, came unprepared and was very unprofessional The owner of the business who is the father chose to not get involved or get in contact with us *** (son and sales manager), was the only professional person with whom we came into contact with He did contact us two days later however by that time we were through with them There are too many choices in The Villages to be made when dealing with flooring companies to ever consider dealing with Masterpiece Flooring

What a pleasant experience from beginning to end!! I carefully researched my local flooring stores & Masterpiece was the final store I entered to get pricing & infoImmediately upon entering, I was kindly greeted by the Manager who was very helpful when I informed her I was in search of engineered wood & she brought me right to it, all while educating me on the products, performance & pricesI could tell she knew her stuff! She scheduled me for a free estimate given by *** *** who was so polite & well manneredThese people put me at ease and made me comfortable while making such a big purchase, which is not easy to doThey quoted me the best price compared to their competitorsI learned that all the installers are family members which I lovedThe installers were very knowledgeable & stayed hard at work leaving the job completed to perfectionWOW!!! My new floors look sharp just in time for the holidaysI would highly recommend this family
