I contracted with Masterpiece to replace all the windows in our Holly Springs home a few years ago, and they did an outstanding job! [redacted] was my key contact and I found him to be extremely trustworthy. When he told you they were going to do something, they did exactly what he said, when he said they would do it. He was open, honest, and thorough. He didn't try to upsell me...just laid out the product options and let me make the choice. The installation process was smooth and orderly, and the guys doing the work seemed to be real craftsmen. I was very pleased with the product and service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend [redacted] and the Masterpiece team!
