Re: Revdex.com [redacted] Frost and Company has been in business for years and we have thousands of happy customersWe are constantly striving to keep and maintain this reputation of making our customers happy and many time have gone above and beyond to achieve this.Unfortunately, in the competitive business that we are in, it is almost non-existent for one jeweler to speak highly of another and the customer not knowing who to believe usually follows the advice that best suits their needs when an issue arisesI want to say that the authenticity of the mounting that the customer received cannot be questioned and when we set and size a ring, the inside of the ring is polished and many times the trademarks are polished outThe customer has already received what they wanted as a desired settlementAlso, since Mr*** has taken this to another Jeweler, we absolutely under no circumstances can guarantee another jewelers work.Sincerely,Abraham F [redacted] President

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I have included photos and circled where my previous diamond have fallen out and been replacedAlong with the new diamond that is missingThe diamonds that have been replaced do not look like the ones orininally put in the settingI also included my response letter from the owner of the companyWhich again offers no apology and states we can only blame the person wearing the jewelryThis complaint was necessary because as I stated I called Frost and Co on February 12,requesting aretur call from Mr Abraham to discuss the matterI was told he was not in the office and would get back to meI have yet to hear backI wear a rubber qualo band most of the time instead of my actual ring due to the fact that I have been blamed for its faulty material and lack of quality

in respond to your email, I personally spocke with this customer at the date of service, after he started to complain about rim damageAfter a long discussion, we agreed that he brings the car to the car wash on Tuesday following the date of service so we could see the video together and
I also see the degree of damageThis gentelman never showed up and didn't call us.The next thing I heard that you from Revdex.com calling and asking for respond. I am still interested to meet with this customer and evaluate the damage and discuss how we can solve this issue. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority and we have proven this in the last years that we always provided the best service to our customers.I be more than happy to hear from this customer.Thank you,***

We have received the customer’s complaint and we do warrant every piece of jewelry that we sell butthat warranty on it covers the manufacturing defects that can occur when a ring is made if the gold wasmixed improperly or not cast at the right temperature, etc. This warranty, however, does not...

coverdamage to the ring. This customer has damaged the ring, and we have charged them for the repairsbecause there were stones that they broke in the ring as well and prongs that they had bent We do notset broken stones into a ring when it is made and metal will only bend if force is applied. We have ajeweler who has worked on the ring who is willing to come forward and attest to the ring beingdamaged and not faulty. Furthermore when we were charging for the repairs and we had informedthem that there had been damage to the ring and showed them as much they never denied that therewas damage and they paid. We can understand that the customer is frustrated and when they talked mehad told them that the ring was “damaged” and not “faulty”. For their frustrations we “had” offered forthem to pick a different mounting that was maybe a more wearable piece for her lifestyle and whatevershe does, We do not feel that there has been any wrong doing on our part and actually feel we wentabove and beyond what is normal when that offer was made. They have just chosen not to work with usand passed on the offer and they only want a refund. That is not an option at this point. (am sorry to saythat if they had been as flexible in accepting in our offer as we were to make it to them, this would nothave turned out this way.Thank you

customer of ours named [redacted]. We will say that every ring wears different and everyone wears their ring differently. We are unable to follow someone around and see If their ring is the subject of any kind of damage done by the wearer, we can only "blame" the customer when we can see damage to the ring. We have continued to stand behind their purchase and replace diamonds at no cost to them as stated in the letter. This letter does not even state if there is a problem or not at this point, just that she is unhappy with the ring. We have offered to let her pick out another ring and Mr. F[redacted] has stated she is still welcome to come in and we will work something out. I do not know why this letter was even necessary since we were willing to give her one of her options as a settlement in the first place which is also stated in the letter. She could have just talked to us directly. That being said, hope we can resolve this soon.Sincerely,Abraham F[redacted]
