Please do not allow this Charlotten attempt to verbally pursuade you into believing any of her statements of me at anytime being "aggressive, or volitale" This individual STOLE $from me by refusing to fulfill ALL requirements of the contract I paid her for, In Advance I just want the $refund I am owed, which Ms [redacted] Clearly Acknowledge's minus the "Gag Order" request With regards to negative Feedback I have left Ms***, I have clearly explained my position and Ms [redacted] has never denied not performing all aspects of our contract The only dispute has been the method of resolution I have the right to warn other potential customers of "Master Piece Resume" of Ms ***'s Glaring Unprofessionalism and Lack of Fulfillment regarding our contract If Ms [redacted] is not held accountable what is to stop her in the future from deceiving you, a friends or family member, or some other innocent by-stander in the future? - I have attached ALL of the consumer submitted resume documents of which he referenced having not been fulfilled, these were originally sent on 10/12/2015, they have not been altered in any way and are the exact documents he was emailed.
- As we discussed I also attached the text to email document that includes initial through final correspondence made with the consumerThese will show the time stamps and the attempts made to respond almost immediately to his initial texts and then ongoing from there.
- The attached screenshots of the text conversation are simply to further show that my phone was breaking up the messages and that I was in fact only receiving half messages from the consumer at that timeUnfortunately this is not unusual and is a Samsung/Android to Apple/IOS software compatibility issue.
