I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Before I received the response, I took my vehicle to another Carroll's Tire Warehouse to speak with the shop manager about my situation, as I didn't know how long it would be until I might hear back from the the Revdex.com. I spoke with [redacted] of the [redacted] location and not only was he empathetic to my situation, but he explained to me why that the invoice I had was a reprint, and since the tires are no longer in the system that it printed out on my invoice as blank. I appreciate his customer service and realized that I was quick to judgement, so after talking with him I settled on purchasing a new set of tires without the hassle of pursuing the warranty on the Michelin tires in question. [redacted] is the reason which I chose to return to Carroll's Tire Warehouse as well as bring my business back in the future - definitely a knowledgeable and customer-oriented employee.
