Review: Hi,I left a diamond ring with Sara's Jewelry Box to be sold on consignment in 2011. My agreement with [redacted] was that he will sell the ring and take a percentage of it's sale price as commission. The ring has not sold for a couple of years and I have checked with him periodically. About half a year ago, the business changed owners. I had no notifications about this change. The old owner is gone, I did not receive the ring or the money for it, and the new owners know nothing about it.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund for the value of the ring.
