Masters Touch did come out to finish the job on 6/2/The agents spent all day figuring and implementing the best course of action*** was diligent in addressing all of the issues and I feel resolved the outstanding issues to our
satisfaction
Although ultimately this conversation started on 2/2/15, it was brought to my attention that there was a scheduling crash mishap in their officeThis resulted in the prep work to start this project happening on 5/2/15, then plastic sheeting being left to cover the exposed roof to be worked on, that would blow around and need to be re pinned against the wind etcfor the next month until they returned
The true test will be when the next rain comes of courseI thank them for in the end going Above and Beyond to make it right*** did stand by his CertI realize this is not an ideal situation for either a new home owner like myself not planning on replacing a roof right away after purchase or for a Roofer issuing a Cert on itI certainly did not anticipate having this many problems this soon!
