Review: Mastertech first recieved my car the second week of january. It is now February 27th and they still have not started working on the car yet. My mother wrote them a check for the parts for the repair, which bounced and then went through a few days later. The check Mastertech wrote also bounced because they did not have any money in their buisnesses account, and my mother has to pay the overdraft fee for BOTH checks according to them. They have now had $1300 for three weeks now, and have not done ANYTHING. A part on my car needed to go to a machine shop, and Mastertech just brought it to the shop Monday the 22nd. They have also not given a final price quote for their lack of work. I have not had a car for almost two months while they sit around and do nothing despite the fact they have a large sum of money from our family ($1300 as mentioned before). This has put a strain on our situation because we have 3 people who work in our house, and only one car per all of us to get to work.Desired Settlement: I would like Mastertech to prioritize my car, and lower the price of the repair due to a long waiting period, despite having the necessary resources to complete the repair.
