MasterTech Motors

I went in to mastertech motors to have my car fixed because it would make a sound every time I turned the engine on. This isn't the first time I went to the shop so I trusted Andy the owner to fix the noise. I have little car expertise so when he said it had to do with the belt tensioner and that it would cost 527 dollars I believed him. However after I left I realized the car still made the sound so the problem I paid him for was never actually fixed. I reached out for a refund through several different channels (email and phone) and he has ignored me. Highly unprofessional.
