Carl pointer did some work for me from master tech pest solutions. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had some technicians who look like exterminators. Carl was very clean and professional in his appearance and demeanor. I would recommend him and master tech to anyone!

MasterTech Pest Solutions has been a wonderful company to work with. I have them come out four times a year for regular maintenance. They have a reminder call, then call before them come, and bill me when it's complete. Additionally, if I have any specific bug problems (i.e., a sudden ant issue) they come out in a timely manner, talk me through the what and the why, and typically don't charge me since it is considered a "respray". Their technicians are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. A great company!

Had work done for pigeon control. Very prompt and accommodating when requested follow up with an issue due to a small dove magically getting through a barrier. We still scratch our heads on that one. Danny was very friendly and easy to work with. Very satisfied.

Awesome company!! I had MasterTech treat my home for termites and a year later they called ME to do the yearly warranty termite inspection. Wasn't expecting such great service. Then several month later I stumbled across termite frass (feces) and called them. No questions whether the frass was old or new they promptly came out and re-treated. Great company, worth doing business with them for peace of mind.

Danny and Oscar have been coming biweekly for a few weeks. They call ahead at my request and are very professional. I am a little concerned that the rats are not getting all caught. But we will wait and see. As far as Danny ans Oscar are concerned they have been great. My 8 rating below is simply because the job is not finished yet.

Danny, from MasterTech, has been out to my house to service a contract through Angies List. Danny is friendly, professional, knows his job and the business. He patiently answers all my concerns and questions with knowledge and respect. It's unfortunate that I will be moving up to Payson where MasterTech and Danny do not extend service. I highly recommend MasterTech Pest Solutions to anyone considering services offered by them.

Arrived on time and with professional demeanor. Answered my questions and performed the service efficiently and as expected. We have already seen positive results. Good value.

The person that came out and gave us the quote was very professional and presented himself very well. The technician also was very professional and curtious as he went about the necessary tasks for treating our termite problem. Both explained what they observed on our structure, how termites attach the home and what was needed to treat them problem. They answered every question I asked, once again, in a professional manner until I understood. The office contacted me to confirm the work and schedule. After completion, they contacted me again to verify that the job was completed to my satisfaction, asked if I had any questions and wanted to know if there was anything more they could do for me. I really feel they went above the norm for customer service.

MasterTech did a great job. They showed up as scheduled and I haven't seen any bugs since.

Overall, I have been happy with the service that I have received from Mastertech Pest Control. Jordan was fabulous. He would always check before spraying to see if I had any problem areas. I had an issue with black widow spiders and Jordan took the time to locate where one of the spiders was hiding and was able to eradicate the spider at the source. There were some glitches when Mastertech implemented their automated call back system but they were quickly resolved. I was unavailable last month to have my monthly service and I could certainly tell a difference in the number of cockroaches that I have seen on my property, so I can attest that the service was indeed working.

The deal was $695 for the termite treatment - $50 for the already paid for group on bringing the balance to $645, and still we offered to include a FREE pest control service.  Yes the original schedule date had to be rescheduled due to tech emergency and was rescheduled for the following...

weekend which I myself asked if we could go there earlier. The customer said she had to be gone by 11 and that would in fact work better. We were scheduled to go out and do the full service (not a spot treatment) We always ask customers if they need help moving stuff in the garage we only ask to have the shelves cleared off and ready to move.. This was not done so our Tech said he will do everything else and we can return when the garage is ready to be treated. We stand behind our work 100% and some of the best technicians in the industry we are sorry for the miscommunication and have no problem refunding the $645 amount. Whatever was paid to group on would obviously have to be refunded through them.

MasterTech had done a good job for me. After their first two visits I can report that the recommendation from Angie's List was correct about MasterTech. Their technicians are informative, answer questions willingly and knowledgeably.

I would recommend this company. They are always on time if not early and their services do work!

Review: I was given a verbal guote for pricing and work to be done. My credit card was over charged by not giving credit for what I paid. I was told the termite work includes spraying inside and outside for pest and since I paid for that service on group on he would deduct the 52.00 from the termite quote of 645.00. I was stood up the day they were to come out and spray - no show and no call. That Saturday they were to come out and do the termite work did get a call they had to reschedule for the following Sat at the same time 11am. Got a call friday to confirm my appt however they switched it to 8am, I again asked about my credit for groupon as we discussed-he told me when he and Anthony come over Sat he will talk to me about it even if he had to give me a 50.00 credit. Today only one person came out when there were to be two to help move a couple shelves away from the wall so they can do the termite treament all around inside the garage - I was told today they were only going to do spot treatment. This company does not stand on their word and they over charge. I would like my full refund for what I paid them $697.00Desired Settlement: I want my full refund of 645.00 and 52.00 for groupon = $697.00

We have tried other pest control companies and were very disappointed. We found this company through [redacted] and have been extremely happy with their service. We chose a monthly service for the best results (our opinion). We are notified in advance of our upcoming appointment and on the service day our technician always calls to let us know he's on his way. So far he is always earlier than expected, great for us because it free's up the rest of our day! We can ask and get answers to any question and never feel rushed. This is the most knowledgable and dependable company and highly recommend them to everyone!
