clearly clicked on the “ad” for *** which is how they received your ticket requestAlthough, this is an understandable mistake, once on the site, EVERYTHING is disclosed and EVERY caller is advised of the “all sales are final” policyYou had to access the site to obtain the phone number and navigate through the site, to make your seat selectionsThe entire time on the site, the terms & policies are available to you at any time PRIOR to finalizing your purchaseThis is a typical policy when purchasing tickets as most tickets are not refundable anywhereWe do apologize for the inconvenience this may hav e caused, but all sales are finalThank You

Customers [redacted] or search a venue to event and when the results populate often times the first things to pop up are ads and these are typically the websites customers click on...

first. I am uncertain how you ended up at the site used to make the purchase, but it was not [redacted] as it clearly states [redacted]. Often times when this happens, we are often blamed. The truth of the matter is, you did not order the tickets directly from us either, it is a third party site. Meaning the site is full of tickets being resold by a secondary or third party, not affiliated with any venue, or box office and prices can be above or below face value. Many brokers have inventory listed on these sites, not just one. All of this is disclosed via the terms and conditions all customers are asked to read, however most times are not. Although this was a mistake, it was not our mistake. We are apologetic to situation, however we will not be able to refund your order. You agreed to the terms of the sale which includes All sales are final. Thank You.

To whom it may concern, I cannot conceive or accept that a business would run this way in 2015/16. Obviously your company is not a reputable place to do business with. I continued my search to find reviews from many unhappy customers of the site/business. There couldn't be one good reason that all these people are unsatified. I called back in a reasonable amount of time, within a few hours. Iloilo still like a refund. You cannot sell good that you do not have. The tickets have not been released yet, therefore you do not have the merchandise that I purchased. I want a refund for the merchandise that I do not have.
