After careful review of this complaint, we have determined that Mastria Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Incis not responsible for the broken windshield or the $that the complainant was charged by the leasing company, [redacted] This was a simple lease returnOnce a customer takes delivery of a leased vehicle, the contract or agreement is between the customer and the leasing agent, in this case [redacted] At the end of a lease the lessee is provided with clear instructions on turning in the vehicle and how wear and tear costs are determinedThe lessee is also given the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by the leasing agent prior to turning it in The dealership is simply a “drop-off” location for the lease return and holds no responsibility for the turnvehicleNor does the dealership have any control over how long it may take for the leasing agent to inspect or retrieve the vehicleIt is always advisable for a lessee to maintain auto insurance until the vehicle is inspected and the final bill is tallied for the lease return We regret the complainant’s disappointment; however we decline to pay the $cost

We acknowledge the customer's complaint and have taken steps to resolve his concerns, however he remains dissatisfiedThe vehicle is a with approx77,milesWe determined that the slight vibration he experiences over mph is normalFurther, customer brought the vehicle to another GMC dealer for a second opinionA field representative from General Motors tested the vehicle and agreed that it is operating normally.Customer's expectations are unrealistic for a used vehicleIt is not going to perform the same as a new vehicleThere is a scratch that apparently did not disappear with simple buffingCustomer was provided with toupaintDealer did not agree to perform any body or paint work on the vehicle, as evidenced by the attached "We Owe" form, which was signed by the customer.Dealer will be happy to inspect brakes if customer has a concern at this time
