We are aware of this customer's complaint and have addressed it with the customer at length alreadyCustomer should not have made the assumption that dealership was going to pay the over-mileage fees on the leased vehicle he turned inWe worked with customer to get him into a new lease with a
lower monthly paymentWe were able to get him out of the prior lease by providing him with the remainder of the payments dueNo promise was made to pay the over-mileage fees. We regret the customer's misunderstanding and have contacted KIA Motors on his behalfWe have provided customer with a contact person who will work with him on a payment plan

signed purchasing the products in questions. You state that "I DID NOT want" however your signature is on several documents that clearly shows those purchased. Kia does not offer a program for "36 months OR 36,000 miles" which ever comes first - Mr. [redacted] may have been confused with how the warranty works - Kia's factory warranty is 5 years OR 60,000 miles which ever comes first.  If they were told that like they are stating in this...

complaint who would be responsible making the additional payment on the lease?  Their lease agreement and purchase and sales agreement which were signed clearly state 36 months with an annual mileage of 12,000 miles.  Mr. [redacted] is welcome to make an appointment and meet with my sales manager to discuss all options available at this time.
