Mastria Subaru of Raynham Reviews (4) I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Regards, [redacted] *** I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] They was aware of the problem from the very 1st month of me being in the vehicle that they sold to meAs they stated they car came back to them numerous times , they could not fiqure out the problemNow they are trying to blame it in the miles , it shouldn't matter how many times the vehicle been driven The vehicle had a problem that they did not want to pay for from the beginning , now the vehicle does not drive at all I am currently still making payments on a vehicle that I cannot drive I would like my money back Regards, [redacted]

Mastria Subaru attempted on numerous occasions to duplicate the intermittent concern that customer was describingIt was not present at time of vehicle inspection, at time of purchase, nor during any of her service visitsCustomer eventually had the issue diagnosed at a [redacted] dealer Customer also had purchased an aftermarket vehicle warranty elsewhere, that would not cover the repairThe [redacted] dealer was incorrect in stating that it was an issue at purchaseCustomer had driven vehicle over 20,miles in six monthsMastria Subaru did not mistreat customer in any way and attempted to assist her

The customer’s claim that the dealership is “not offering to help at all” is entirely untrueThe customer purchased and took delivery of the vehicle in early August 2015, with 92,milesAfter about a week and miles, the customer contacted us with a dash light on and loss of powerWhen he experienced this issue, we responded right away and sent a tow to bring the car back to the dealershipWe performed a minor wire repair to the throttle valve control which resolved the problem.Six months later, the customer contacted us again stating the engine had failedAlthough he lives approximately miles away, once again we sent a tow truck at no expense to the customer, to bring the vehicle back for diagnosisUnfortunately, when the car came back to our service department, it had been disassembled, with numerous engine parts in boxes inside of the car; this made it impossible for us to even begin a diagnosisAt this point we recommended the customer consider an engine replacement and offered various options and pricingPlease note that since time of purchase the customer had put over 7,miles on the car, not the 4,he states(Vehicle had 99,miles when we brought it in for diagnosis the second time.) Mastria Subaru fully serviced and inspected this vehicle before retailing itWe stand behind the vehicles we sell and consistently work with our valued customers to resolve any issues or concernsWe regret the customer’s situation and recognize that we have been unable to offer him a solution that he would find acceptable
