I bought a newer style vehicle and after taking ownership found out that the vehicle had a lot of problems brought it back been treated poorly since Recently purchased a Dodge ram Cummins turbo diesel drove it for approximately two weeks before I noticed that oil pan started to leakI brought it back within the day warranty that the dealer provided upon sale of the vehicleThe dealer stated that they would fix the oil leak which come to find out that the oil pan of my vehicle was rotten pieces were falling and flaking off of the oil pan as well as prior to me dropping my vehicle off I had brought it back two to three times before to fix a sensor on the motor as well as fixing the brake caliper they gave me a day temporary plate with out providing an inspection sticker and they told me my vehicle would be ready for pick up the following dayDrove the hour one way the next day at the arranged time to pick up the vehicle to find that complications had come up while t

DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them last summerI was trading in my Ford Edge sport towards this wranglerWent all good sign paper work and off we went back to Maine (hour drive)The next day they called me and said that the deal was off and hat I either had to pay towards to the deal (after I had put down already) or take my Edge back and just get the Jeep! Which here in Maine once the paper work is signed that is a done dealI said nope it is a done deal signed and everythingThey said no we will be coming to get the Jeep and bring your car backAfter calling around we made the trip back down to he dealership and the finance manager is the one that dealt with us said if we didn't sell my car in months he would take it back! So we ended up taking the deal and having the Edge back! RICHIE the sale manager there said that he would undercoat the frame and fix the some of the transmission as it was very week and the clutch was gone in it and get me a seat belt that was broken and a tireSo I left the Jeep there! After almost a month of them having it and trying to see when I was going to get my Jeep back they delivered it to me! The frame was under coated and they put a new clutch in but the transmission was not touched at allThe tire I am not joking was off a Prius and no tread and picture this on a Jeep with almost 6in lift they said was almost new and it was not, and 37s on itWhat the hell is hat tire going to doHe also said he ordered me a tire cover never received! After getting it back I took it to our local car dealership and they looked it off and there quote was almost 6k to fix everything wrong with the transmissionRichie said he would pay for whatever it cost if there was something wrong with itWe have him that estimate and he said NO as that was a dealership! So my husband and I own a garage and he would do the work if Richie paid for the parts! We have a quote if I think! He said he would do 1000$I have only received 500$ of that after he blocked and would not return my calls for weeksHere it is August and I am still blocked and have not receive the other 500$ after he told me the check was in the mail for the 1000$! It's funny after he said that is when he blocked me againMy undercoat is coming off and I stored it this winter! I WARN YOU DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are shady and do not follow through at all!!

DONOTBUYHERE! I cannot stress this enoughIn the beginning I would recommend, but now I will steer all family, friends, and anyone who asks away from MastrianosI went back and forth about writing this review, but I decided I needed toI had purchased a truck last year from them (dont remember the month), and I have had quite a few problems sinceI have pages typed with complaints, and probems working with Mastriano MotorsThis review will only list a couple of the problems I have hadIf you have additional questions or need me to go further into it then I would be happy to! I have in depth descriptions, and even a couple more issues that I will not include hereAll of my friends and family are baffled at all the problems Ive had to deal with hereBelow is a list of some problems I had
Absolutely horrible when it comes to calling you backMaybe in every calls you may get returnedI would wait weeks at a time, and I was still the one that needed to call again
Was promised things would get fixed, and they didntThis is a big one! My truck, since I bought it, has probably gone in for service 10+ timesAlmost every time the truck would be sent back without the problem being fixedIt got to the point that I wouldnt ask them to fix something because I was afraid they wouldnt get to the original isses with the truckDay one my seat heater didnt work, but I never said anything because I was more concered with the door and mirror problemsAt this point they will no longer help so now I have no seat heater, and a still broken mirror
Got double booked on appointmentsThere were multiple times that I left my truck a few days because they couldnt get to itThis is even when I had an appointment! So ultimately I would be truckless for 2-days at a time
Bad mechanic serviceThis is mostly tied to #2, but a little differentAfter my door lock was FINALLY fixed my passenger side mirror no longer workedI brought my truck in maybe 4-times to have it fixed, and nothingThis means that I left my truck for 1-days each time, and got sent back with a still broken mirrorThis is not a difficult fixI was told after all this that they no longer were willing to try to fix itWhat type of place says they will fix something, work on it multiple times, and then decide they wont cover it under warranty (This has been a problem since the second week I owned the truck)
I was lied to, and taken advantage ofI had a problem with my transmission a little after warrantyIf I was told no up front then thats fine, but I was told to take it to "Thier Transmission Place" and they will consider coverageI told the transmission place to call Mastrianos before they did the work, and I CALLED MASTRIANO'S MYSELF before the fix to see if it will be coveredThe transmission place did the work, and never calledMastrianos said that they wont coverLong story short I needed to pay myself, and both places would not accept responsibility for the mess upsI had transmission issues since day on (I asked them to look into it) within the warranty periodThey never got to it, and dont remember me mentioning it (I wrote it on a list of problems I gave them!)This fix cost me $800, was mentioned as a problem within warranty, and was ultimately not coveredOf course they didnt keep the list and therefore I never asked them to look into it
I would like to say that the people who work here are nice people, but this review is towards the business sideI am the type of person that is nice to just about everyone, and very patientBeing this way opens the door to be taken advantage of more often than I'd likeLuckily, I have a very mean side as well, and I had reached this tipping point to write this review
