Mastroianni's Auto Repair, Inc

Mastroianni appeared to be very professional. I had asked for door to door service, so that I would not loose time form work or time handling any repairs. As the process began they called me and picked up the vehicle. They had the vehicle for a week before they ordered any parts I sure the reason is because there are busy, it is first in first out. However that was not the problem, when I calle on Friday they were just ordering the parts. The following Friday when I went to pick up my car which was supposedly completed. The repair it not complete, I was pointing out that the bumper put on was the incorrect bumper, that the side was sticking (flapping out) and there was a rust stop on the side that they were supposdly to have repaired. He used( replacement parts) on my vehicle whic is only two years old (probably to save money) however, billed the insurance over $5000.00 for the repair of my front end. making the story short I ended up haveing him take the car back and repair the front end again, go back to rent a rental car and loose 3 hours of work as well. He did repair the work, and it does look good. What a difficuly time. When I bring a car in I expect it to look the way it was before not altered.
