I have been waiting since June 1, 2017 for a written estimate promised by Frank M. I left numerous messages requesting a status of my quote and not one return call was received from Frank. It seems that integrity, value, quality and service are not really part of the company's culture as stated on their website.

I am rejecting this response because: Frank seems to have missed the meaning of good service by not offering to supply a quote as promised rather than a short tag line used to describe the company's motto. I had contacted the company numerous times via phone leaving messages with the answering service that went unanswered. This does not seem like a case of missed communication. In my opinion it is blatant disregard for the customer.
