Dear Sir or Madam:MMotoring specializes in custom fit auto accessories for all cars, trucks, vans and SUVs Therefore a special order procedure is required for most items sold MMotoring has a strict special order policy clearly stated on all service counters (Exhibit 1)
and printed on all invoices To be made aware of this policy, all special order invoices are reviewed and signed by the customer(See invoice copy ***) The delivery date is an estimated time when products will be received and scheduled for installation Any special order made that does not fit properly or because of manufacturing defect will be reordered at no extra charge to the customer While Mr*** had mentioned he wanted the I*** *** VisorsMr*** signed and paid for vent visors that adheres on the outside of the vehicle Product fitted properly and was installed at no labor chargeOn Mr***’s complaint, “bottom line…” (Paragraph 2, line 6-7), does not correspond with what is written on invoice ***.Mr***’s reason for removing the vent visors, because his wife didn’t want it, does not meet our special order policyHowever, the vent visors were removed at no labor charge and are still held at our store for re-installationIf Mr*** wants to re-order the part he prefers he may do so as a new purchase Sincerely,Bryant T***General Manager

I am rejecting this response because: It is not that my wife does not like the product that MinstalledIt is the fact that Mordered and install the wrong product.
We wanted in-channel vent visors. Tony was shown the product we asked for by looking at the correct item installed by Mpreviously on our *** ***We have had prior orders with Minstalling each product successfully on our other vehicles. I do not understand why this particular time Mfailed to deliver and install the correct item to our carWe are asking for a refund to remedy this situationFor the record, we have bought many products from Mand have been very satisfied, until this incidentWe await your reply

I am rejecting this response because:  It is not that my wife does not like the product that Mat-co installed. It is the fact that Mat-co ordered and install the wrong product.  We wanted in-channel vent visors.  Tony was shown the product we asked for by looking at the correct item installed by Mat-co previously on our [redacted]..We have had 3 prior orders with Mat-co installing each product successfully on our other vehicles.  I do not understand why this particular time Mat-co failed to deliver and install the correct item to our car.We are asking for a refund to remedy this situation.For the record, we have bought many products from Mat-co and have been very satisfied, until this 1 incident.We await your reply.
