There are two issues with the products warranty issue. The product is [redacted] ModelThe issues are:1. I got a duplicate of the left-out tile instead of the right-out. 2. The the right-bottom threaded hole to secure the handle does not take the provided bolt.I complained about these two issues of the product, to my dismay the company sent me the same incorrect tile. I even offered to pay for an expedited shipping because time is getting late to plant. I am now stuck and forced to rent to do my garden work. I was willing to ignore the second problem but that did not help and now I am requesting that the whole machine should be exchanged for a new one.
